{"id":606,"date":"2017-02-09T08:58:23","date_gmt":"2017-02-09T06:58:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.okulistik.com\/blog\/?p=606"},"modified":"2017-02-09T08:58:23","modified_gmt":"2017-02-09T06:58:23","slug":"okul-cagindaki-cocuklar-icin-beslenme-onerileri","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.okulistik.com\/blog\/?p=606","title":{"rendered":"Okul \u00c7a\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00c7ocuklar i\u00e7in Beslenme \u00d6nerileri"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde okul \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklar, derslerinde ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bireyler olabilmek ve her \u015feyden \u00f6nemlisi fizyolojik ve psikolojik geli\u015fimlerini en etkin \u015fekilde tamamlayabilmek i\u00e7in hayatlar\u0131na yeterli ve dengeli beslenmeyi de d\u00e2hil etmelidirler.<\/p>\n<p>Aileleri ve \u00f6\u011fretmenleri taraf\u0131ndan okul \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklara beslenme bilgilerinin verilerek onlarda al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131n ileriki d\u00f6nemlerinde yeterli ve dengeli beslenme davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 hayat tarz\u0131 olarak benimsemelerinde \u00f6nemli rol oynar.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde ikinci yar\u0131y\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fu g\u00fcnlerde \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in etkili beslenme \u00f6nerilerine a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki maddelerden ula\u015fabilirsiniz:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c7ocuklar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmesi i\u00e7in d\u00f6rt besin grubunda bulunan \u00e7e\u015fitli besinlerden yeterli miktarlarda ve dengeli bir \u015fekilde t\u00fcketmeleri gerekmektedir. S\u00fct grubunda yer alan s\u00fct, yo\u011furt; et grubunda yer alan et, tavuk, yumurta, peynir, kuru baklagiller; sebze ve meyve grubu ve tah\u0131l grubuna giren ekmek, bulgur, makarna, pirin\u00e7 vb. besinlerin her \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnde yeterli miktarlarda t\u00fcketilmesi \u00f6nerilmektedir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c7ocuklar\u0131n \u00f6zellikle kemik ve di\u015f geli\u015fimi i\u00e7in g\u00fcnde 2-3 su barda\u011f\u0131 kadar s\u00fct veya yo\u011furt, 1 kibrit kutusu kadar beyaz peynir t\u00fcketmeleri \u00f6nemlidir. Ayr\u0131ca, hastal\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 daha diren\u00e7li olmalar\u0131, g\u00f6z, cilt ve sindirim sistemlerinin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in her g\u00fcn 5 porsiyon taze sebze veya meyve t\u00fcketmeleri \u00f6nerilmektedir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00d6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn kahvalt\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7ocuklar\u0131n her sabah d\u00fczenli olarak kahvalt\u0131 yapma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazanmalar\u0131na \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmelidir.
