B\u00fcy\u00fcmek, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve \u00fcretken olarak uzun s\u00fcre ya\u015famak i\u00e7in bu besin \u00f6gelerinin her birinden bireysel ihtiya\u00e7lara g\u00f6re her g\u00fcn belirli bir miktar al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Besin \u00f6geleri eksik ya da yeterli d\u00fczeyde al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bireyin fizyolojik ve psikolojik olarak b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi ve geli\u015fmesi engellenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Yetersiz ve dengesiz beslenme sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan rahats\u0131zl\u0131klara ek olarak \u00f6zellikle geli\u015fme \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklarda; dikkat eksikli\u011fi, \u00a0kavrama g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, derslerdeki ba\u015far\u0131 oranlar\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6zlenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Yetersiz ve dengesiz beslenen bir ki\u015finin v\u00fccudu mikroplara kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131 de\u011fildir, kolay hasta olur, zor iyile\u015fir. S\u00fcrekli ya\u015fanan sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 da \u00f6zellikle okul \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklarda, derslerden geri kalma, okula uyum sa\u011flayamama ya da ge\u00e7 sa\u011flama gibi sorunlar\u0131 beraberinde getirir. Sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z diyebilece\u011fimiz yetersiz ve dengesiz beslenme; \u00f6\u011frencilerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, planlama ve yaratma yetene\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 insan, \u00fcretken insand\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Beslenme ve diyetetik alan\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara g\u00f6re zihinsel gerilik, h\u00e2l ve hareketlerde dengesizlik ileri a\u015famadaki yetersiz beslenmenin i\u015faretlerindendir. V\u00fccut a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n boy uzunlu\u011funa ve ya\u015fa g\u00f6re fazla olmas\u0131 yani \u015fi\u015fmanl\u0131k da (obezite), genellikle dengesiz beslenmenin belirtisidir ve bir hastal\u0131k olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bir toplumdaki bireylerin yeterli ve dengeli beslenip beslenmediklerine sadece d\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne bakarak karar vermek do\u011fru de\u011fildir.
